To help us accommodate your schedule, please share your availability and preferred meeting times. While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will do our best to schedule meetings - virtual and in person - at times that work for most participants. Most meetings require a 2-hour time block.

Note: The dates and times for the orientation session, the half-day in-person session, and the culminating event are pre-scheduled.
