As a Sound Futures Mentor you will:
ENGAGE
Help a talented apprentice stay and grow in the trades. Connect and guide mentees and attend scheduled in-person and virtual community meetings for 10 weeks.
REFINE YOUR
SKILLS
Sharpen your leadership and coaching skills. Help apprentices grow into capable, confident professionals by guiding their communication, problem‑solving, and resilience.
