Approved - No history of violent, predatory, sexual, theft-related offenses, or crimes against vulnerable populations.​

 

Conditional Review - Non-violent or older offenses (generally 5+ years old) that demonstrate rehabilitation, accountability, and/or evidence of personal growth. Examples include but are not limited to certain property, financial, drug-related, or public order offenses.

 

Ineligible - Recent or serious violent, predatory, sexual, theft-related offenses, or crimes involving harm to vulnerable populations. Examples include but are not limited to murder, assault, assault of a child, manslaughter, robbery, human trafficking, rape, rape of a child, theft, burglary, vulnerable adult abuse, or criminal mistreatment.
